Our Organization
Because every child deserves a mentor.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of London & Area (BBBSOLA) is a non-profit organization, donor supported inpart by United Way of London & Middlesex that enriches lives and supports the development of a strong and healthy community by connecting children with mentors. We value individual potential and know that every child needs, and deserves, a role model. BBBSOLA offers a variety of programs to support children and youth in London and Middlesex County.
We make a proactive investment to help children grow up happy, confident, healthy and safe … to become productive contributors and leaders in our community. We develop and oversee
mentor relationships, and offer individual and group services,
safety training programs, and
school-based programs that support the healthy development of children. BBBSOLA is headquartered at 543 Ridout Street North, but the benefits of our work extend across London and Middlesex – anytime of the day or night, in person, long distance and virtually – wherever “bigs” and “littles” meet! Our intake happens year-round, so we are continuously creating new, enriching relationships! We know that our programs make a
difference – to children, to families, to mentors, and to our community.
