Request for Application BBBS of Southwestern Ontario Regionalization

Big Brothers Big Sisters is the leader in child and youth mentoring in Canada serving over 40,000 young people nation wide through community-based and school-based programs. Within the Southwestern Ontario region, our collective of agencies account for 3861 children and youth served. We are committed to not only maximizing our impact in the quantity of young people served, but most importantly, the quality of mentoring relationships in the future. This, however, would take a degree of proactive collaboration that our region has not experienced before. With the support of the Ontario Trillium Foundation, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern Ontario is conducting a feasibility study to explore new organizational structures to increase operational efficiencies, strengthen governance models, and maximize impact for young people.
