Brothers and Sisters in School
Brothers and Sisters in School is a program provided in partnership between Big Brothers Big Sisters of London & Area and particpating school boards. This program is made possible through a financial contribution from the Ministry of Education.
High school mentors are chosen and matched with elementary students in
Grades 1-4. These matches meet for one hour, once a week for the length of the
school year. These meetings take place in the elementary school, and can
include games, crafts, reading, help with homework, and just talking with a
supportive and reliable friend.
